1) What are some “big kid” activities you love to do that keeps you youthful?

I love hikes, walks on the beach and bike rides... being outdoors is what I love but occasionally you can find me roller skating with the RollerWave a fun Bushwick party that my friend hosts at House of Yes. -I haven't heard of indoor roller skating in Bushwick... that sounds awesome! I may have to join you;)

2) Beyond modeling, what are some cool projects, hobbies or side hustles you’re working on?

I help a non profit organization in Brazil, 1Book4Life, represented by Holistica Foundation in the US. Our goal is to gift brand new literacy books to students all over disadvantaged areas in Brazil . To help them learn, inspire and fall in love with reading.

70% of Brazilian kids don't have a habit of reading, the program together with a team of specialists select books, considering the importance of each book, the age category and the learning that the students will obtain.

In order to help them we rely in social investors, people and companies who donate books or money for the expansion of the program. With $20 the kit includes 2 books per student, you receive notice when the student receive the gift and may end up receive a sweet thank you note from the student. The biggest reward is knowing that this students get excited and inspired about reading and exchange books with classmates, creating their own "book club". We have gifted books to 6 schools in Espirito Santo, Mato Grosso and Rio de Janeiro, gifting with knowledge about 900 students.

One simple way to help, is while shopping on Amazon access smile.amazon.com/ch/82-3194233   a small percetage of your shopping will go to Holistica Foundation.

I'm also completing my comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program. You can follow @TFPilates. I'm working on content, more to come soon.
-I love what you're doing for 1Book4Life... I think reading and giving the gift of education to our future is one of the biggest tools we can all implement to help end poverty. To inspire children to not only learn but to get lost deep in the pages of a good book and explore their imaginations, I think that's a beautiful thing that many of us take for granted. Thank you for doing this!

3) Part of what’s so great about being a model is having a following on social media. What are some important messages you try to pass on to your followers?

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and recently being sharing more about it on my Instagram along with  food recipes, exercise routines, etc. Overall I always try to pass on positive messages and conscious living. Taking care of the environment and animals is also something you will find me talking about on my social media.

4) You’re flying to a new city for a couple days of work. It’s a short trip- what are you packing?

My water bottle, travel flatware, book, snacks and tea, magic circle (always doing pilates), "Zinho" my new travel buddy, I have flying anxiety, he also smells like my boyfriend so is comforting to have him.  -Nothing helps calm the nerves than something that smells like your boyfriend! I often spray my shirts with his cologne before I travel... it's the little things that help:)
